This is the facility to view whirlpools from a 450-meter length walkway and an observatory utilizing the space of the bridge girder of the Onaruto Bridge connecting Honshu and Shikoku. You can experience a close-up view of the whirlpools and the Onaruto Bridge. You can find the Onaruto Bridge, observatory to overlook the whirlpools, many scenic spots, Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum Eddy, Otsuka Museum of Art, Eska Hill Naruto (restaurant) and whirlpool-seeing boats in Naruto Park. The walkway enables you to enjoy viewing sightseeing spots.

■Features of the facility
You can enjoy walking to the observatory at the end of the 450-meter walkway above the sea, built in the space of the bridge girder, where panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the Seto Inland Sea can be admired. You can also be amazed by the view of the rapid currents associated with the tides through the glass viewing panels from a height of 45 meters above the sea.
