The Naruto German House

The Naruto German House

The Naruto German House was built in 1972 to honor the interaction between captured German soldiers and local residents by referring to the materials donated by the ex-captured soldiers. 20 years later, due to the aging of the facilities, an increased number of collected materials and to celebrate one of the main venues of the East Shikoku National Athletic Meeting being in Naruto City in 1993, new German House was planned to be built. The venue was moved and rebuilt in the current venue on October 13, 1993.
