Hiwasa Chelonian Museum Caretta

A “water tank of child turtles” with cute 0–3 year-old turtles, “Tadayou Umigame-kan”, where rare types of sea turtles swim, “big turtle pool”, where you can feed sea turtles swimming gracefully in an outdoor pool, etc. The museum specializes in sea turtles, which are rare in Japan, and offers you the chance to see lots of them. The high definition television screen shows spawning behaviour, etc. There is also the observatory providing you a panoramic view of Ohama Beach.
