I bought a book of 20 coupon tickets at a massage salon because I was told “It’s a good deal if you buy the coupon tickets as they’ll give you a 10% discount.” It turned out later that I had to move so I asked them to reimburse me for my unused coupon tickets. However, they told me, “We can’t reimburse you due to our company rules.” Is there any way that I can get reimbursed?
