Be Wary of Illegal Factoring Scams Used by Loan Sharks

There have been troubles resulting from factoring scams. Factoring services are advertised on the internet with phrases such as “no debt” or “same-day payment”. Under the guise of purchasing an individual’s wages, they provide cash to the individual (with a service fee deduction), and then collect the entire wage sum from the individual. Consult with a Consumer Affairs Center before paying money to loan sharks, including for factoring services.

インターネット広告等で「借金ではない」「即日入金」などと宣伝し、個人の賃金債権を買い取ると称して手数料を差し引いた金銭を提供し、個人から金銭を回収する「給与ファクタリング（給料ファクタリング）」のトラブルが発生しています。給与ファクタリング業者などのヤミ金融業者に金銭を支払う前に、まずは消費生活センター等に相談をしてください。
