We have received many consultations concerning websites that advertise opportunities such as “get paid just for listening” or “you can receive prize money”. After a user registers with one of these websites, the website then demands for them to pay large amounts of money for service fees, handling fees, etc. (“scam websites”)

「相談にのるだけで報酬がもらえる」「当選金を受け取ることができる」などとうたって誘導し，登録後にサービスの利用料金や手続費用等として高額なお金を請求するサイト（以下，“利益誘引型のサイト”）に関する相談が多く寄せられています。

Consumers register with these websites in order to apply for side jobs such as listening to other people’s troubles via messages, or to receive prize money. However, once they begin using the website, they are constantly charged for things such as handling fees in order to receive the prize money, or service fees for sending and receiving messages. Even if the user pays the fees as instructed, they do not receive their payment or prize money.

消費者はメッセージのやりとりをして悩みを聞くだけの副業や，当選金等の受け取りを申し込むためサイトに登録します。しかしサイトの利用を開始すると，メッセージの送受信等のサービス利用料金や，お金を受け取るために必要な手続き費用等，様々な名目でサイトから次々とお金を請求されます。サイトに指示された通りにお金を支払って手続きをしても，一向に報酬や当選金等を受け取ることはできずトラブルになっています。

User registration for these websites is free, but while using these websites and communicating with the scammers, users end up being persuaded into continuing to pay money. We recommend that you avoid registering an account with these scam websites.

サイト登録時は無料であっても，やりとりを続けるうちに相手に言葉巧みに促されて支払いを続けてしまいます。このような利益誘引型のサイトには安易に登録しないようにしましょう。

In addition to the people who are receiving consultation, there are often multiple other people involved in the website such as those who are in charge of managing it, and sometimes the people you are speaking with are fakes hired to deceive you. Judge the situation calmly and do not take the other party’s words at face value.

また，“利益誘引型のサイト”では相談にのっている相手のほか，サイト運営事業者の担当者等複数の人物が登場することがありますが，実際には登場人物が“サクラ（偽客）”である場合があります。相手の言葉を鵜呑みにせず，冷静に判断するようにしましょう。
